Dr. L. Q. Zhang is an Associate Professor at the National Space Science Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where she investigates fundamental plasma processes in Earth's magnetosphere. Her primary research focuses on magnetic reconnection and turbulence phenomena, particularly in the magnetotail and solar wind environments, contributing to improved understanding of these dynamic processes in the plasma sheet. After completing her Ph.D. at NSSC, Dr. Zhang conducted postdoctoral research at the State Key Laboratory of Solar Activity and Space Weather. Dr. Eckehard Mielke was born in June 1947 in Lower Saxony, Germany, as the third son of Walter Mielke and his wife Charlotte Jopp. Since 1999, he has been married with two children. In Hamburg, he started school in 1954. After moving to Kiel, from 1958 to 1966 he attended the Hebbelschule, a preparatory school for boys, where he earned his Abitur, with the distinction of being exempt from oral examination. After completing his compulsory military service, in 1968 he began studying physics and mathematics at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, obtaining his diploma in 1972. In 1976, he completed his Ph.D. with a thesis in Kiel on "Quantum Field Theory in de Sitter Space" under the supervision of Lothar Wiedecke at the Institute for Pure and Applied Nuclear Physics of Erich Bagge, a former student of Heisenberg. From September 1973 to August 1974, he pursued graduate studies at Princeton University on general relativity in the stimulating group of John Archibald Wheeler with an exchange fellowship from the "Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes". From October 1976 to 1977, Mielke conducted research at the Mathematical Institute of Oxford University in the group of Roger Penrose with a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) fellowship and then continued his research at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste, under the auspices of Abdus Salam with the support of a Habilitation Fellowship from the DFG (German National Research Foundation). In April 1982, he submitted his habilitation thesis, "On the Hypotheses Underlying Geometrodynamics," to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in Kiel. It eventually became the book "Geometrodynamics of Gauge Fields," published in 1987 by Akademie-Verlag, Berlin. (Second edition, Springer International Publishing Switzerland, Studies in Mathematical Physics 2017, 373 pages). For two years he received practical training as a teacher at a German high school and, in May 1984, took the Staatsexamen fur das Lehramt an Gymnasien, an examination for teachers. Finally, in December 1984, he was appointed Privatdozent (implying no salary) at the University of Kiel. Due to contacts from his time at Princeton and some experience on the duality of gauge theories acquired in Trieste, he became a research assistant at the Institute for Theoretical Physics in Cologne in the group of Friedrich W. Hehl. From August 1984 to July 1991, these projects were supported by the DFG and the German-Israeli Research Foundation, culminating in 1995 in a renowned Physics Report with Hehl, Dermott McCrea, and Yuval Ne'eman (the co-founder of the SU(3) particle classification). For a year, he returned to the Hebbelschule in Kiel, but now as a teacher. Then, from 1993 to 1994, he filled in for an associate professor at the Institute for Theoretical Physics, again in Cologne, and wrote a popular book on astrophysics and black holes, published in 1997 by Vieweg and now available in the Springer Book Archives. In October 1994, he accepted an invitation from Alfredo Macías of the Cosmology and Astrophysics group to stay for three weeks at the Physics Department of the Autonomous Metropolitan University (CBI-Iztapalapa) in Mexico City, then headed by Salvador Cruz. This extended from September 1995 to August 1997 as a visiting professor and finally resulted in a full professor position at UAM-I since October 1997. He is a full member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences (Academia Méxicana de Ciencias) since 1998. In 2008 he was nominated "Outstanding Referee" by the American Physical Society, a lifetime distinction. During several Marcel Grossmann Meetings on General Relativity, he has organized parallel sessions, most recently in 2012 in Stockholm on "Asymptotic Safety and Symmetry Breaking in Quantum Gravity". He has over 180 publications, monitored by Google Scholar Citations, and his co-authors include former students or researchers from the Universities of Kiel, Koeln, Konstanz, León-Guanajuato, Mexico City (UAM and Cinvestav), Tel-Aviv, and most recently Zurich. His position at the UAM allows him to pursue quite exotic research interests: among them, knot wormholes, neutron stars and bosons, color geometrodynamics, anomalies, axion dark matter models, soliton collisions, and topological gauge models of gravity. He has published a book on "Modern Relativity."

Prof. Ronald L. Mallett received his Ph.D. in physics from the Pennsylvania State University where he specialized in Einstein’s general theory of relativity. He is currently professor emeritus of physics at the University of Connecticut. Prof. Mallett has published numerous papers on black holes and relativistic cosmology in professional journals. Mallett’s published memoir “Time Traveler” has been translated into Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. His current research involves the gravitational field of circulating light beams.

Luciano Lorenzi was born in Ventimiglia (Imperia, Italy) on 16 October 1949. He studied in Mondovi in the 1960s and took his degree in Physics in 1975, with the assistance of the Astronomer Prof. Franco Scaltriti, having already been involved in research at the Turin Astronomical Observatory for three years. Lorenzi earned the title of Astronomer in 1978 through a national selection, followed by another appointment again in Turin, where he remained until 1 September 1987. At his own request, on the same date he joined High Schools in the Province of Cuneo to teach Physics. From 21 December 1989 until early 1992, Lorenzi coordinated and supported the Mondovi Astronomy Study Center, together with the two OATO Directors, Professors Alberto Masani & Attilio Ferrari. Its goals included a variety of cultural objectives focusing on research, teaching and communication, with the clear intention of promoting the city as the heir to an ancient university institution, as well as the birthplace of the founder of the Turin Astronomical Observatory, Father Giovanni Battista Beccaria. He was also a Senator of the Italian Republic for three consecutive legislatures from 1992 to 2001. In the same period, from 1994 to 1999, he was a member of the "Council of Europe" and the "Western European Union Assembly". He was an active parliamentarian in the Senate of the Italian Republic and the "Council of Europe". H.E. Dr. Tidiane Ouattara earned his PhD and Master's degree in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Sherbrooke University in Canada in 2001 and 1996. He also holds a Master's degree in Physical Geography from the Universite de Cocody-Abidjan in Cote d'Ivoire. Dr. Ouattara is currently the President of the African Space Council of the African Space Agency. He is fluent in both English and French and has extensive experience in international relations, business development, research, policy development, and program management in the fields of environment, natural resources, science, and technology. Over the course of his career, he has held several key positions, including President of the African Space Agency Council since February 2024. At the African Union Commission (2016-2024), he served as a Space Science Expert leading the African Outer Space Programme, contributed to the African Space Policy and Strategy, coordinated the GMES & Africa Programme, and served as Head of the Division of Science, Technology, and Space. At Environment and Climate Change Canada (2010-2016), he was the Head Manager for Geospatial Data Management and oversaw landscape and ecosystem assessment for the Canadian Wildlife Service. During his time at Natural Resources Canada (2002-2004 and 2006-2010), he worked as Senior Science and Policy Advisor, led the Knowledge Management and International Strategies Unit, and managed the Canadian Digital Elevation Model Programme. From 2004 to 2006, he served at the Canadian Space Agency as the International Relations Manager for Africa, Central and South America, and the United Nations, covering portfolios in Earth Observation, Navigation, Robotics, and Space Sciences. Earlier in his career, he also lectured at Sherbrooke University from 1996 to 2000.

Dr. L. Q. Zhang is an Associate Professor at the National Space Science Center (NSSC), Chinese Academy of Sciences, and currently serves as the leader of the AI research group at the State Key Laboratory of Solar Activity and Space Weather, NSSC. She also holds joint appointments as a group leader and collaborator at the College of Information Engineering, Central University for Nationalities, and the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing Information Science and Technology University. Dr. Zhang’s research focuses on fundamental plasma processes in the near-Earth space environment, particularly magnetic reconnection, turbulence, and vorticity dynamics in the magnetotail and solar wind. She received her Ph.D. in Space Physics from NSSC and completed her postdoctoral research at the State Key Laboratory of Solar Activity and Space Weather. She has authored over thirty peer-reviewed publications in internationally renowned journals such as Geophysical Research Letters, Journal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics, Scientific Reports, and Remote Sensing, covering a wide range of topics from bursty bulk flow dynamics and current sheet structures to Alfvénic turbulence and kinetic-scale processes. In recent years, Dr. Zhang has spearheaded the integration of machine learning techniques into space physics research. Her team has developed novel AI-based methodologies for automated classification of plasma regions, identification of magnetospheric boundaries, and predictive modeling of solar wind–magnetosphere interactions. These efforts have laid the foundation for next-generation space weather forecasting tools that combine physical insight with data-driven precision. He’s led pioneering work on baryon acoustic oscillations, buckling energy methods, and developed HARPS — a flagship high-altitude UAV + swarm system for precision reconnaissance. Scarlet O'Donnell is a specialist in international space law. She defended her doctorate in public international law, focussing on international responsibility, liability and registration in international space law at Lund University in 2023. Scarlet is a Director at the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) since 2022, working towards advancing the Institute's mission of maintaining the rule of law in outer space. She worked in legal advisory functions with the German Space Agency (DLR) and in various functions at the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) (secondmend by DLR, consultancy under the Global Space Law Project, and as a programme officer for the Registration Project). As such, she combines academic knowledge on international space law - with a focus on non-governmental space activities, the intersection of national and international space law as well as responsibility and registration - with practical work experience at both the national and international levels.

Felix Lev graduated from the Moscow Institute for Physics and Technology, got PhD from the Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Physics in Moscow and Dr. Sci. degree in physics and mathematics from High Energy Physics also known as the Serpukhov Accelerator. In Russia he worked as a mathematician at the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and as a nuclear physicist at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna, Moscow region). From 1999 to 2024 he worked on mathematical algorithms for the semiconductor industry at a software company in the Los Angeles area. His major research interests are in quantum theory over finite rings or fields, in particle theory and cosmology. In 1987, the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR awarded him the title of senior scientist in theoretical and mathematical physics. In 1988 Joint institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) (Dubna, Moscow region) published his course of lectures for young scientists of JINR: "Problems of Relativistic Quantum Mechanics of Systems with a Fixed Number of Degrees of Freedom", P4-88-829. In 2020 Springer published his book "Finite Mathematics as the Foundation of Classical Mathematics and Quantum Theory. With Applications to Gravity and Particle Theory". Also, he has more than 100 publications in leading journals. The main results of his publications are: ● It has been proved that standard mathematics is a special degenerate case of finite mathematics in the formal limit p→∞ where p is the characteristic of the ring or field in finite mathematics. ● It has been proved that standard quantum theory is a special degenerate case of a quantum theory based on finite mathematics in the formal limit p→∞ where p is the characteristic of the ring or field in finite mathematics. This implies that mathematics describing nature at the most fundamental level involves only a finite number of numbers while the notions of limit, infinitesimals and continuity are needed only in calculations describing nature approximately. ● In a quantum theory based on finite mathematics, the de Sitter gravitational constant depends on p and disappears in the formal limit p→∞, i.e., gravity is a consequence of finiteness of nature. ● The application to particle theory gives that particle-antiparticle is only an approximate concept valid in special situations. As a consequence, the electric charge and the baryon and lepton quantum numbers can be only approximately conserved, and the baryon asymmetry of the universe problem does not arise. ● The phenomenon of cosmological acceleration (PCA) has a clear explanation without uncertainties as a kinematical effect in semiclassical approximation to quantum theory. In particular, it is not necessary to involve dark energy, the physical meaning of which is a mystery. In our approach, background space and its geometry are not used and the results for PCA are the same as in General Relativity if Λ=3/R2, where R is the contraction parameter from the de Sitter to the Poincare algebra and has nothing to do with the radius of background space. Therefore Λ>0 and there is no freedom in choosing the value of Λ.

Friedhelm M. Jöge, born in 1943, worked in a scientific laboratory after studying chemistry and mathematics textbooks at a young age and after studying chemical engineering. He then worked in development departments in the chemical and phamaceutical industries. The focus of his work was in the field of biochemistry and macromolecular chemistry. His interest are the synopsis of various physical, chemical and biologycal knowledge as well as questions of origin of life and ethics in the field of tension between faith and science. Ayberk Korkmaz is a highly ambitious first-year Civil Engineering student at Eskisehir Osmangazi University. His career is focused on the intersection of structural engineering and aerospace technology, with a clear interdisciplinary approach. He is actively developing computational methods and data analysis skills (Python/ML) for applications such as extraterrestrial habitat design and predicting material behavior. Mr. Korkmaz plans to pursue a dual major in Mechanical Engineering to complement his knowledge base. He also holds a certification in effective public speaking, demonstrating a commitment to clear communication of complex scientific topics and an eagerness to contribute to future space missions.

Schubert Maignan is a Candidate of Technical Sciences with over 16 years of experience. He is an Associate Professor ofthe Department of General and Applied Physics at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, where he teaches physics. His scientific work focuses on Analysis of Temporal Interactions, photonics, geophysics, and Earth remote sensing. He teaches both Russian and English-speaking students through a variety of lectures, practical sessions, and laboratory work. Between 2023 and 2024, he completed a 1,040-hour professional retraining course and earned a diploma as a "Teacher, Physics Instructor."

Asli Pinar Tan is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer, Bsc. 1995 and Msc. 1997 graduated from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey, and she also holds a degree in Multi-Disciplinary Space Studies program graduated in 2000 from International Space University, Strasbourg, France. She has worked professionally more than 25 years in Global Telecommunications, IT, and Aerospace industries, in addition to her academic career in Electromagnetics and Space Applications. She was a Teaching and Research Assistant of Electromagnetics at Bilkent University during 1995-1997 and led the Bilkent Program on Radio-TV Frequency Planning for Turkey. She has been granted a Young Scientist Award by URSI (Union Radio Science Internationale) in 1998 based on her Master Thesis Research results presenting a systematic methodology for High-Frequency Radar Antenna Design using the Genetic Algorithm and Equivalent Edge Currents, to generate plain waves in the near field, which is utilized in the industry since then. She has served as the Satellite Applications (Telecommunications, Navigation, Earth Observation and Remote Sensing) department Teaching Assistant of International Space University (ISU) Space Studies Program (SSP) at the University of Bremen, Germany in 2001. She has worked more than 10 years at Nortel Networks as the Global Program Manager and Solutions Architect for all Intelligent Networks (IN) and Value-Added Services (VAS) programs, where she led numerous Fixed-Mobile-Hybrid Networks Programs introducing services from Multy-party Tele/Video Conferencing to Intelligent Call Center solutions. She worked as Research and Development Programs Office Director at Huawei, and has contributed significantly in setting the global standards and strategy, and leading the development programs for IPTV, 5G, and other pioneering tele commmunications technologies. She has led Program Operations in many IT corporations such as NTT Data and BlueCloud, with focus on leading consultancy teams for Cloud Transformation and Data Analytics programs of Enterprise Client companies, which themselves are global corporations. She was the first Turkey State Representative (2001-2003) and Middle-East Regional Coordinator (2001-2006) for Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) in support of the United Nations Program for Youth Space Activities, during which she was the Delegate Selection Committe Chair for Space Generation Congresses (SGCs) 2002 (Houston, USA), 2004 (Vancouver, Canada), and 2005 (Fukuoka, Japan) in conjunction with the International Astronautical Congress (IAC), and she also orgnanized and Co-Chaired UNESCO Turkic States Space Generation Forum 2003 (Baku, Azerbaijan). She is also an Observer at Moon Village Association (MVA), which is an NGO for with Observer status at UN COPUOS. Independent from her professional career, Asli Pinar Tan has been working individually on theoretical physics research of a Unified Theory of Fields and Forces. She has published the initial Astrophysics portion of her research results in detail in the book “Everything Is A Circle: A New Model For Orbits Of Bodies In The Universe" on Amazon in 2020, with which she is asserting a Universal Circular Orbit Model, presented these results in COSPAR (COmmittee on SPAce Research) Scientific Assembly 2021 in Sydney, Australia, and published a peer-reviewed paper “Everything Is a Circle: A New Universal Orbital Model” in Advances in Aerospace Science and Technology scientific journal in 2024. She has also presented a follow-up research for predicting Climate Change and Magnetic Polarity Reversals of Earth based on her proposed Circular Orbit Model at International Astronautical Congress (IAC) 2025 in Sydney, Australia, which is also published with the paper “Impact of Earth-Sun Orbital Variations on Climate Change and Magnetic Polarity of Earth” in the IAC 2025 Proceedings. She will further be publishing subsequent Electromagnetics, Photonics, and Gravitation parts of her theory in a set of books and papers to follow.

Elias Fink recently graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in Physics at the age of 19 and is pursuing a Master's degree in Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge. His research in the group of Prof Contaldi at Imperial College is focused on the interface between gravitational waves, cosmology and geometry. Apart from this, his research interests are also reaching into the area of the cosmological and quantum foundational implications of gravity and quantum field theory in the context black holes.
